Returns & Refund Policy
At Buyerz World, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and refunds under the following terms. This policy applies to both dropshipping products (sourced from global suppliers like Spocket, CJdropshipping, etc.) and private label products (manufactured in Pakistan, including our premium leather jackets in partnership with The Stitching Vault since 1961).
Important:
You MUST contact us first before returning any item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded. Always email us first so we can guide you and avoid unnecessary shipping costs.
1. Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately upon receipt.
2. Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn/unused, with all tags/labels attached, in original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- No returns will be accepted without prior approval from us.
3. How to Request a Return/Refund Email us at buyerssworld@gmail.com with
- Your order number
- Photos of the item/issue (especially for defective/damaged/wrong items)
- Reason for return Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days with approval, instructions, and options (including possible returnless resolutions).
4. Return Process
- Contact us first – we will provide approval and instructions (usually ship to our designated address in Pakistan or supplier location).
- Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or wrong (in which case we cover or reimburse). Use tracked shipping for safety.
- Returnless resolution (recommended for international/low-value items): We may issue a partial/full refund or store credit and allow you to keep the item to avoid high shipping fees.
- Once we receive and inspect the item (5-10 business days), we will process your refund/exchange.
5. Refunds
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- It may take additional time (up to 5-10 days) for your bank/credit card to process.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect purchase, or buyer's remorse). This fee is deducted from the product price refund and does not apply to defective, damaged, or wrong items.
- Original shipping fees and duties/taxes are non-refundable (except for faulty items).
- If more than 15 business days pass after approval without refund, contact us at buyerssworld@gmail.com.
6. Exchanges:
The fastest option is to return the item (as above) and place a new order for the desired product once processed. Exchanges depend on stock and may take longer.
7. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items:
Inspect your order upon arrival. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange replacement (if available) or full refund, including return shipping reimbursement.
8. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom/personalized products
- Personal care/intimate items (beauty, hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
- Sale/final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items without original packaging/tags or used/worn
9. Important Notes:
- All international orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) – you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- We are not liable for lost packages during return transit (use tracked shipping).
- Delays possible due to customs, suppliers, or high volume.
- This policy applies to all products, including private label leather jackets and other manufactured items.
