1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee — once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@buyerzworld.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized leather jackets (made-to-order)
- Items damaged due to misuse
5. Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability.
6. Manufacturing & Support
Our private label leather jackets are handcrafted in Pakistan for authentic quality and customization. Other products may ship from various global fulfillment partners. Our customer support team operates from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
